Technical SEO / Google Ads / Website rescue

One Specialist for Your Server, Site, Tracking and Rankings

BigRed is a remote SEO agency for small and mid-size businesses in the US and Canada, and you deal with one senior specialist from first email to final report. I fix the server, the site, the tracking and the rankings, and every price sits on the page before you ever talk to me.

The questionnaire takes a few minutes, and I reply with a plan and a fixed quote within one business day.

Sound familiar?

You pay someone every month. The report shows a nice green arrow. You still can't tell what anyone actually did, or whether the phone rings more because of it.

Or the site broke. It got hacked, or a redesign quietly lost half your Google traffic, or the contact form stopped sending emails three weeks ago and nobody noticed. The web person says it's an SEO problem. The SEO person says it's a hosting problem. You're stuck in the middle, paying both.

Most small businesses don't have one problem. They have four small ones that live in different places: the server, the website, the tracking, and Google. Each vendor fixes their slice and points at the next one.

That's the gap I work in. I'm a technical SEO specialist who's comfortable inside cPanel, Plesk, Cloudflare and Linux servers, and also inside Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console. So when something breaks between those layers, there's no one else to blame. It's just me, fixing it.

What an SEO agency like BigRed does for you

Here's the work, grouped the way problems usually show up. Every price is a "Starting at" number in USD. Canadian clients can pay the CAD equivalent at the day's exchange rate.

SEO: get found on Google and in AI answers

  • Monthly SEO, starting at $1,000/mo for a local business or $2,000/mo for a national one. Strategy, on-page fixes, a content plan, technical monitoring, and a monthly report with an hours log, so you can see where the time went. Here's how ongoing SEO for small businesses works.
  • Technical SEO audit, starting at $750 for a site under 100 pages. A crawl, indexing and speed checks, server and redirect review, and a prioritized fix list your web person can act on.
  • Local SEO, starting at $350 for a one-off Google Business Profile (the listing that shows on Google Maps) cleanup, or $500/mo for ongoing management. The details are on the local SEO page.
  • AI search optimization, starting at $1,500 for an audit. It checks whether ChatGPT, Copilot and Google's AI answers can even reach your site, then fixes what they need to cite you.
  • Google Ads management, starting at $500 setup plus $750/mo or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher. I've spent over $150,000 of my own money on paid ads over the years, so I treat your budget like my own. More on how I manage Google Ads.
  • PPC audit, starting at $500. Settings, targeting, tracking, search terms, and an estimate of the wasted spend.

Websites: hacked, slow, moving or new

  • Hacked website repair, starting at $300, or $500 for an emergency job. For emergencies, I start within a few hours during business hours (Pacific and Eastern time zones). I clean the files, the whole hosting account, then the spam Google still shows. Here's my hacked WordPress cleanup process.
  • Website migration, starting at $300 for a host-to-host move, or $2,500 for a domain change or replatform with a full SEO redirect map.
  • WordPress maintenance, starting at $150/mo. Updates with backups and rollback, security monitoring, uptime checks and small fixes.
  • Web design, starting at $1,500 for a template-based site or $3,000 for a custom or SEO-first static build. Fast, built so tracking and redirects are right on day one, and you own the domain, code and accounts.

Data and conversion: know what works

  • Analytics and tracking setup, starting at $750. GA4 (Google's analytics tool), Google Tag Manager, and conversions for calls, forms and bookings, so you finally know which channel brings customers.
  • Conversion rate optimization, starting at $2,000 for a page-by-page audit with prioritized fixes and a test plan.

That's the short list. The full menu of services has all 24, and the complete price list shows what each one includes.

How it works

  1. You fill in a short questionnaire. Your goal, your site, your budget range. No passwords, no phone call required.
  2. I reply with a plan and a fixed quote within one business day. Plain English, with what's included and what isn't.
  3. You say yes (or no, that's fine too). Then you give me access through your own accounts, as a user. I never take ownership of anything.
  4. I do the work and show it. One-off projects end with a written report. Monthly work comes with an hours log, so "what did they do this month?" always has an answer.

Project timelines vary with the size of the site and how quickly access comes through. I'll give you a typical range in the quote and tell you what would make it longer.

Why BigRed

One person, every layer. Security shops clean the files and stop. SEO people stop at Search Console. Ad managers stop at the ad account. I work across all of them, so the fix doesn't fall between two vendors.

Prices on the page. Most agencies make you book a call to hear a number. Mine are published, as starting prices, before you ever fill in a form.

You own everything. Your domain, hosting, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile and Ads account stay in your name. I'm added as a user. If we stop working together, you lose nothing.

Hours you can see. Monthly SEO reports include an hours log. You know exactly what your fee bought.

No ranking promises. Google's own guidance says plainly that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. I won't either. I'll tell you what I'll do, how long it typically takes, and how we'll both know if it's working.

Certified, lightly. I hold the Google Ads Search Certification and a couple of other course certificates. They're on the about page, along with how I work and what I won't do.

Who it's for

I work with small and mid-size businesses across the United States and Canada: contractors, clinics, law firms, local retailers, professional services and SaaS startups. Everything happens remotely, so it doesn't matter whether you're in Phoenix or Halifax.

It's a good fit if you want a senior person doing the work, you'd like to see what you're paying for, and you're fine with plain answers, including "you don't need me for this."

It's not a fit if you want a promise of page one by next month, a 12-month contract signed before anyone has looked at your site, or a big team with an account manager between you and the person doing the work. Plenty of agencies offer that. I don't.

Start with a free website check

Not ready to hire anyone? Fair. I'll do a human-reviewed check of your homepage and one or two service pages, covering 10 things: whether Google can index the site, HTTPS and redirects, exposed files, AI crawler access, mobile, speed, titles and headings, a broken-link spot check, tracking, and conversion basics like tap-to-call.

You get a report within two business days. It doesn't include keyword research, a full crawl or backlink analysis, and it doesn't include fixing anything. It's a check, not a sales trap. Here's what the free check covers.

Quick answers

Do you work with businesses outside the US and Canada?

My focus is the US and Canada, including bilingual English and French sites. I speak English, French and Russian natively and have worked on international SEO across sites in 14 languages, so if you're elsewhere, ask. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.

Is BigRed an agency or one person?

BigRed is the business. I'm Vlad, lead SEO and co-founder, and I'm the person doing the work. You won't be handed to a junior after the sale. When a project needs extra hands, such as writing at volume, I'll tell you upfront who does what.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. One-off projects are fixed-price. Monthly SEO has a 3-month minimum, because SEO needs a few months to show anything, and then runs month to month.

How fast can you start?

I reply to questionnaires with a plan and a fixed quote within one business day. Hacked-site emergencies start within a few hours during business hours. Other start dates depend on the project, and the quote will say.

Let's see what's actually going on

If something on your site, your ads or your rankings isn't adding up, tell me about it in the questionnaire. I'll come back with a plain plan and a fixed price. No pressure either way.

Something not adding up?

Your site, your ads or your rankings. Tell me in a few minutes. I reply with a plain plan and a fixed price within one business day.
